Air India to serve Bengali delicacies on Poila Boishakh

Air India will be serving quintessential Bengali delicacies on 15th April, Saturday, to celebrate Poila Boishakh- the first day of the Bengali New Year. These lip-smacking dishes will be on offer on Air India flights from Kolkata to all the metros, Post Blair and international destinations.

All time favourites like Cholar Dal with kismis & narkel, Hinger Kachuri, Murgi or Mochar cutlet, Beetroot chop, Dimer Devil, keemar tarkari, baked singara, dal bora, sitabhog will be served for Breakfast and Hi-tea.

 

For Lunch & Dinner, Aam Posto  Murgi, Dak-Bungalow Murgi, Sonamug Dal, Echorer Kalia, Ghee bhaat, Pataler Dolma, Chanar Dalna complete with Aam sandesh and Mishti doi  will bring the flavor of Bengali New Year in the sky. Gandharaj Lebur Ghol and Daber Jol will be the highlights among the welcome drinks to quench thirst in a typical Bengali style.

All these delicacies will be served on trays covered with banana leaf.
