GENERAL INFORMATION
With the recommencement of Domestic Operations from 25th May, 2020, following are general instructions and information for passengers in brief.
All passengers have to be web checked in/pre checked in before arriving at airport.Passenger can enter airport D-4 hours. Baggage drop off counters open D-3 hours and counter will close D-60 minutes.Passenger should have Aarogya Setu app on their Mobile phone, only ‘green’ status will be allowed to enter the airport.If Aarogya Setu app is not available then a self health declaration form needs to be completed by the passenger at the airport declaring that he / she meets the eligibility criteria
for being permitted to travel.Apart from checked in baggage allowance,only one hand bag not weighing more than 8 Kgs in will be allowed in Economy Class on Air India operated flights only. Effective 12th October
2020, for First and Business Class passengers, hand baggage allowance(Carry -on allowance ) will be 12 Kgs per passenger .This applies on all Air India operated flights only.Passengers are to note that Power banks are not permitted in checked in baggage, it must be carried only in the hand baggageCheck in baggage to be dropped off at dedicated baggage drop off counters.Payments for excess baggage etc. will be accepted electronically onlyPassenger to collect safety kit (three layered mask/face shield and sanitizer) from Air India at the boarding gate and wear it before proceeding for boarding.During Secondary Temperature checks at boarding gate, symptomatic passengers will be offloaded.On arrival at their destination, passenger will have to adhere to health protocols as prescribed by the destination State/Union Territory
