Q1. Where do I check my balance point?
Steps:
1. Log-in to your account.
2. You will be able to see your account summary. Check FR points as balance points in the member account.
Q2. How do I change my address?
Steps:
1. Log-in to your account.
2. Go to "Your Profile" scroll down & go to the
main address field fill up your address details as required at the bottom of the screen and click
"save".
Q3. How do I change my DOB?
Steps:
1. Log-in to your account.
2. Go to "Your Profile" scroll down & go to the DOB
field fill up your address details as required at the bottom of the screen and click
"save".
