Flying Returns further extends the validity OF FR POINTS, TIER & ACCOUNT STATUS.
- The validity of all FR points has been further extended till
30th June 2023.
- Our privileged Tier members viz. The Maharajah Club (TMC), Golden Edge Club (GEC) and Silver Edge Club (SEC) shall retain their Tier Status, and continue to avail the benefits and privileges (including Domestic Upgrade Vouchers) associated with these exclusive
clubs till 30th June 2023.
- Members can also enjoy extension till 31st December 2023, on completion of just 1 accrual or redemption activity between1st April 2023 & 30th June
2023.
- Your Account status is being maintained irrespective of your flight activity till 30th June 2023.
QUERIES AND GUIDELINES: Frequent Flyer Programme
Air India is in the final lap of migration of Loyalty Programme to a new software. The availability of various functions of the Loyalty Programme are as follows:
- Member Enrolment / View Profile are available on Air India web-site (www.airindia.in)
- Auto accruals on Air India / Star partner flights (when Frequent Flyer Number is incorporated in booking)
- Air India members can now Redeem their FR points for award tickets on AI / Star partner flights through Air India City offices, Call centre and online channels.
- Upgrade on Air India Flights through AI City Offices / Call Centre
- Request for new and modification of family pool accounts through dedicated email idfamilypool.ffp@airindia.com
- Air India members can complete online Retro Credit for travel on Air India for tickets issued on / after 25th May 2022.
- Air India members can claim Retro credit for travel on Star partner flights by writing to flyingreturns@airindia.com.
- Monthly statement will be delivered to member’s registered email id for the month in which there is account activity.

Retro Claims on Air India: For Air India tickets issued prior to 24th May 2022, please forward your request for Retro Claim along with copy of ticket and boarding card by writing to flyingreturns@airindia.com.

Revival of FR Points : As per Air India policy, FR points that have expired during the past 24 months are available for revival. The revival can be done through Air India Call Centre and City Offices
Retro Accrual on Star partners through member portal have now been started.
