Carriage of Duty Free Liquor at Indian Airports.
As per the notice issued by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, Government of India, passengers boarding the flights ex- Indian stations will not be allowed to carry in their hand baggage or on person liquids, gels or aerosols which include beverages,
shampoo, suntan lotion, creams, tooth paste, hair gels, hair spray, liquid cosmetics or any other items of similar consistency, exceeding 100ml, except medicines, inhalers accompanied by prescriptions and baby food.
In view of above, whenever passengers transiting ex-Indian stations to any destinations (Domestic or International), Liquid, Gels and Aerosols including Liquor Purchased at Duty Free Shops at any International Stations, exceeding 100ml are not permitted
by CISF to be carried as hand baggage.
