Unruly Passengers

Individual passengers or groups of passengers with the potential to behave in a disorderly manner generally fall into the following categories :

• Apparently intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol to the extent of physical incompetence
• Engage in disorderly or offensive conduct to the discomfort or distress of other passengers and flight attendants
• Are violent to the extent that there is a possibility of injuries to passengers or flight attendants or damage to the aircraft
• Are apparently unsound mind
• Are known or suspected of being in possession of firearms
• Fail to adhere to instructions by Crew / Ground personnel
